All credit decisions, including loan approval, rates, fees, terms, funding timelines, and documentation requirements, are the responsibility of the participating lender. A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.
3. No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, commitment, or recommendation to extend credit. Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or receive a loan offer. All loan programs are subject to borrower and property qualification by the participating lender. Rates, terms, and conditions vary by lender and are subject to change without notice. Not all applicants will qualify.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any inquiry or form, and to update that information as needed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You understand your information will be shared with one or more participating lenders who may contact you. Consent is not a condition of receiving any services or obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or calling 480-568-6405.
